About the Role

We’re looking for a Media Buyer/User Acquisition Manager with experience in promoting consumer app.

Key Tasks?

  • Create and manage app-specific campaigns on major paid advertising platforms, primarily Apple Search Ads (ASA), Google Ads, and Meta

  • Compile and analyze ad campaign data to assess performance and inform strategies

  • Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities for improving clients’ app performance and ROI

  • Contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions for new ideas to enhance various mobile products.

  • Participation in discussions and brainstorms of new ideas for scaling campaigns

Skills and experience?

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Media Buying or User Acquisition for apps

  • Experience with Apple Ads (ASA)

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) (e.g., AppsFlyer, Singular)

  • Understanding of SKAN schemas;

  • Experience in using Google Sheets and/or Business Intelligence (BI) tools

  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (minimum B2 level)

  • Familiar with Slack, Notion, Google Drive

  • Launching iOS campaigns (nice to have)

  • Prior agency experience (nice to have)

What your typical week will look like?

  • Execute campaign creation & management on the biggest paid advertising platforms (Apple, Facebook, Google, etc.)

  • Produce UA reporting for clients

  • Conduct competitor research

  • Perform deep-dive analysis of campaigns

  • Generate hypotheses and ideate on new strategies

  • Collaborate with ASO and creative production teams

  • Interact with clients over Slack

  • Attend meetings with clients
