About the role:
We’re looking for a Product Designer (with app experience) eager to join our company.
We’re looking for a person that:
Wants to join our design team at Applica, helping optimise mobile and web apps.
Is motivated to improve onboarding, paywalls, and other key user journeys.
Enjoys working alongside experienced designers and PMs.
Is eager to gain hands-on experience.
Wants to contribute to high-impact projects.
What skills do we require from you:
Portfolio showcasing at least 1–2 real or concept design projects.
1–2 years of experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer.
Confident with Figma and core design tools.
Understanding of user flows and information architecture.
Experience working with design systems.
Ability to prepare layouts for handoff.
Basic prototyping skills.
Strong sense of style, attention to detail, and organised file management.
English (B2+) for communication and documentation.
Skills nice to have:
Experience with animations and microinteractions.
Understanding of accessibility principles.
Ukrainian proficiency.

What would your typical workday look like:
Work on user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
Help maintain and expand design systems to keep products visually consistent.
Prepare layouts and assets for developer handoff.
Create simple graphics, icons, or minimal illustrations to support the visual language.
Assist with basic prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews.
Organise design files for easy team collaboration.
Collaborate closely with teammates, take feedback constructively, and contribute to a positive design culture.
Manage time effectively to work across multiple projects with guidance.
